Please join us to get to it and heal our childhood wounding together! In this welcoming, playful, deep workshop for adults 65 and over (or anyone who identifies with this workshop’s title) we will work with healing exercises, toys, self-reflection, education and personal sharing to heal our Inner Child. This workshop offers a supportive, healing space to explore this topic and heal within a group of Adults.

It’s a good match for: Adults who resonate with a sense of urgency or readiness for healing, no one turned away due to young age ;)

Parking: Please park in either a parking spot labeled 100, in an unmarked spot, or on the street

Good to Know:

• The location is very close to Seabright Beach. Consider adding a walk on the beach to your workshop day!

• Energy healing will be utilized in this workshop.

• Bathroom is upstairs and accessible with a key, via stairs/elevator.

• Alison’s approach to healing the Inner Child elicits both vulnerability and deep healing…it might feel scary to attend, but if you are drawn to coming, PLEASE COME!
