Please join us for this Inner Child Healing Workshop crafted for Parents: In this welcoming workshop we will work with our Wounded Inner Child, especially as it relates to our current experience of parenting. We will explore ways we are triggered (reactive, confused, angry, etc.) while parenting our own children, and identify potential links to our own Inner Child wounding. We will learn what to do when we are triggered, and how to begin healing the Inner Child within, for our own benefit and the benefit of our children. Education, self-reflection, exercises and personal sharing around the topic of Inner Child wounding and healing will be our focus. This workshop offers a supportive, healing space to explore this topic and heal within a group.

It’s a good match for: Any parents who resonate with the topic - it doesn’t matter if your children are living with you or not

• The location is very close to Seabright Beach. Consider adding a walk on the beach to your workshop day!

• Energy healing will be utilized in this workshop.

• Bathroom is upstairs and accessible with a key, via stairs/elevator.

• Alison’s approach to healing the Inner Child elicits both vulnerability and deep healing…it might feel scary to attend, but if you are drawn to coming, PLEASE COME!
