A rich series of five day-long workshops supports you to set aside the time and space to focus on each developmental stage of your childhood. The intensive focus and time allows for long-standing themes, needs, beliefs, fears and more to arise and be attended to — with a focus on healing and releasing. The group format allows us to do healing work in community. We often feel more supported to be vulnerable when others share their similar experiences. It is common for workshop participants to initially feel nervous, but by the end of the workshop to have had insights and healing they did not expect. We learn and are validated by the vulnerability of one another.
Workshops are stand-alone; attend individual workshops or all five. Workshops are held on Saturdays from 10am-4pm with a break for lunch. Participants are guided to understand the hallmarks of each stage of development, and how to figure out where they might be stuck. Corrective healing exercises are used to encourage healing, release, understanding and integration. Toy work, self-reflection, partner or group exercises, sharing and subtle body energy healing are all part of these workshops. The workshops are deep, healing, playful, and connecting.
