Please bring your loving Adult Self and your wounded Inner Child to this Restorative workshop. We will reflect on messages we received in childhood, and we will acknowledge what we would’ve wanted to have heard instead. We will then take turns giving and receiving these messages in small groups. We will be saying messages such as “I’m so glad you’re here,” to each other. You will have a turn to rest in a comfortable lying down position while listening to other people say affirming messages to you. Touch is an optional aspect of this workshop. Subtle body energy healing will be utilized in this workshop.
It’s a good match for: Anyone with a wounded Inner Child who was not able to hear the messages they needed, and is ready to hear them now. Anyone who is drawn to the workshop is welcome to join. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to practice Receiving and Giving.

The location is very close to Seabright Beach. Consider adding a walk on the beach to your workshop day!
