Join us for a weekend retreat that supports actual psycho-energetic healing. We use the framework of the Inner Child to address wounding that is getting in the way of our happiness today. Toy work (creating scenes and interacting with toys), interactive exercises, journaling, sharing, learning, art, self-reflection, play and movement are all part of this loving retreat. In between our retreat schedule, you will have some time to explore the beautiful property and offerings of Mount Madonna. Although our time together will be relatively short; we will go deep. Energy healing is used throughout the retreat.
